Completing Your Health Assessment
Your health assessment helps our AI create a safe, personalized exercise plan.
What We Ask About:
- Your age and general health
- Any chronic conditions (arthritis, diabetes, heart issues, etc.)
- Current medications you take
- Any injuries or surgeries
- Your fitness experience and goals
- Any movement limitations or pain areas
Pro Tip: Be honest with us about your health. The more accurate your information, the safer your workout plan will be.

Go to Settings → Devices → Connect Device and follow the pairing instructions.
Sharing Progress with Family
Let trusted family members see your progress and celebrate your achievements.
- Go to Settings → Family & Friends
- Click "Invite Family Member"
- Enter their email address
- Choose what data they can see
- They'll receive an invitation to view your progress
Setting Up Emergency Contacts
Make sure your emergency contacts are up to date.
Go to Settings → Emergency Contacts and add up to 3 people to contact if there's an issue.
