  3. Take the Health Assessment: A simple questionnaire about your health
  4. Get Your Personalized Plan: AI creates a workout plan just for you
  5. Start Your First Workout: Follow along with video guidance

Completing Your Health Assessment

Your health assessment helps our AI create a safe, personalized exercise plan.

What We Ask About:

  • Your age and general health
  • Any chronic conditions (arthritis, diabetes, heart issues, etc.)
  • Current medications you take
  • Any injuries or surgeries
  • Your fitness experience and goals
  • Any movement limitations or pain areas

Pro Tip: Be honest with us about your health. The more accurate your information, the safer your workout plan will be.

Connecting Wearable Devices

Go to Settings → Devices → Connect Device and follow the pairing instructions.

Sharing Progress with Family

Let trusted family members see your progress and celebrate your achievements.

  1. Go to Settings → Family & Friends
  2. Click "Invite Family Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Choose what data they can see
  5. They'll receive an invitation to view your progress

Setting Up Emergency Contacts

Make sure your emergency contacts are up to date.

Go to Settings → Emergency Contacts and add up to 3 people to contact if there's an issue.
